Are you traveling with a normal amount of luggage? Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport has free baggage trolleys for your convenience. You will find them at the entrance to the departure hall, baggage claim areas, as well as long & short term parking areas.

Porter Service

Do you need assistance with your luggage prior to departure or after arrival? We are here to help. Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport offers a porter service to help you with lifting or transporting your luggage. There is 24-hour porter service available at the baggage claim areas at the departure gates and in the arrivals terminals. You are welcome to use this service if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, luggage that is very heavy, or if you have trouble lifting. They provide services throughout the airport for a fee of 10 SAR (excl. VAT).

For health and safety reasons, children or adults must not ride on the trolleys.
